Our products are produced without chemicals using beyond organic techniques.  We reuse and recycle all we can to be sustainable.  Our layer flock helps us produce the best homemade compost.  Our compost materials are blended with ground tree trimmings from local arborists, our chicken litter, organic matter that is left over from our garden beds and used microgreens soil.  By having exeptionally high quality compost and soil to grow in, the results are shown in the our harvests.  We also help reduce waste by composting vegetable scaps from some of our restaurants.
