Live microgreens will come in 5”x5” mini-grow trays or 10"x20" full trays. Eight 5x5 trays makes a full 10”x20” tray and is a popular option for those who want a smaller amounts and more variety of microgreens.  Microgreens are grown organically and usually require watering every 2-3 days.  They can be easily watered by adding a pint to a quart of water to the holding tray, so they can absorb water from the bottom.  The tops or leaves of the microgreens are best when kept dry.  Microgreens should be stored at room temperature away from heat sources, and have a shelf life of about a week.  To maintain sustainability and lower costs, we reuse grow trays.  They will be picked up after use.
